Panels made under one roof in Tamil Nadu
Jaychan Industries operates an in-house production line at our own facility in the Tirupur / Coimbatore region. Making the product ourselves, rather than importing or reselling, is what lets us control quality, offer custom sizes and supply in bulk with confidence.
The panel is built up in layers: a printed PET décor film face, a soft IXPE foam core that gives the cushioned three-dimensional feel, a stable backing layer, and a peel-off self-adhesive backing.
A four-step production process
Lamination
The décor film and IXPE foam core are laminated together to form the cushioned decorative face.
Backing & adhesive
A stable backing layer and the self-adhesive coating are applied, ready for peel-and-stick use.
Cutting & grooving
Panels are cut to precise sizes; grooving is added for the fluted range.
Rewinding, QC & packing
Rolls are rewound, every batch is quality-checked and then packed for dispatch.

Consistency is what trade buyers depend on. Our checks cover the things that matter on the wall:
